Sedat AYYILDIZ -THE DEPUTY MINISTER

He was born in Gümüşhane in 1984. He was graduated from the Faculty of Law at Marmara University in 2005. He commenced his professional career in 2005 as a lawyer at the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality.

Between 2009 and 2014, he worked at the Üsküdar Municipality as Lawyer and Chief Private Secretary. From 2014 to 2019, he held office as a Member of the Municipal Council and Deputy Mayor at the Üsküdar Municipality. Since 2019, he has continued his professional career as a self-employed lawyer, registered to Istanbul Bar Association No. 2, operating his own law office.

Between 2003 and 2007, he served as the Deputy Chairman of the Youth Branch of the AK Party (Justice and Development Party) Üsküdar District Organization; between 2003 and 2009, he worked as the Party Representative at the District Election Board; and from 2008 to 2009, he served as the Deputy Chairman of the AK Party Üsküdar District Organization. From 2025 to 2026, he held office as the Deputy Chairman of the AK Party Istanbul Provincial Organization.

With the Presidential Decree dated 20 February 2026, he was appointed as the Deputy Minister of Justice.
