ISRAEL'S SYSTEMATIC AND UNLAWFUL ACTIONS THREATEN SECURITY AND PEACE AROUND THE WORLD

Condemning Israel's attack on Iran, the Minister of Justice Yılmaz Tunç said, “Such systematic and unlawful acts threaten security and peace all over the world.”

In a statement made on his social media account, Minister Yılmaz Tunç noted with regret that Israel once again poses a serious threat not only to the region but also to global peace and stability. Minister Tunç stated that Israel has once again blatantly violated human rights and international law with its attacks, and deepened the tension and insecurity in the region. Emphasizing that the international community should take a stronger and more effective stance against these unlawful acts, Minister Yılmaz Tunç's message is as follows:

"We regret to see once again that Israel poses a serious threat not only to our region but also to global peace and stability. We strongly condemn Israel's attacks against Iran in violation of international law, which martyred more than 55 thousand innocent civilians in Gaza. With its attacks, Israel has once again blatantly violated human rights and international law and deepened the tension and insecurity in the region.

Such systematic and unlawful acts threaten security and peace around the world. Impunity for human rights and war crimes, committed by Israeli authorities, paves the way for similar crimes to be repeated.

The establishment of justice is a prerequisite for lasting peace.

The international community must take a stronger and more effective stance against these unlawful acts. The United Nations and relevant international organizations must fulfill their responsibilities and take concrete and deterrent steps against Israel's aggressive policies. As Türkiye, we will continue to defend the rule of law, justice and human rights and will continue our efforts on all legitimate international platforms to hold Israel accountable for its crimes before the law.

We will resolutely continue our struggle for an international order where peace, stability and human dignity prevail."
