He was born in Ulus District of Bartın in 1971. His father’s name is Ali Rıza, his mother’s name is Behiye.
He was graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law. He did his master’s degree in Financial Law Department at Istanbul University Institute of Social Sciences.
He worked as a freelance lawyer in Istanbul. He served as AK Party Pendik Founding District Chairman and Pendik Municipality Council Member. He served as Bartın Deputy in the 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th and 27th Term of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye.
He served as AK Party Group Management Board Member, Justice Commission Spokesperson, Justice Commission Deputy Chairman, Justice Commission Chairman and AK Party Group Deputy Chairman in the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye.
Tunç, who speaks English at an intermediate level, is married and has 3 children.
