Minister of Justice Abdulhamit Gül participated in the 'Conference on Justice Understanding in our Civilization' organized by the Economic and Social Researches Center (ESAM).
Minister of Justice Abdulhamit Gül said that justice is the pillar of the world and that the concept of justice is at the heart of Turkish civilization.
THERE IS A GLOBAL INJUSTICE
Speaking at the conference, Gül emphasized that the understanding of "I am strong, then I am right" is wrong, and he noted everyone is witnessing the miseries lived in Afghanistan, Syria, Iraq and Palestine and added that no one should depart from the values that make human beings people. Reminding the President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's phrase "World is greater than 5", Gül pointed out that there is global injustice in the world.
Minister Gül said, "When we look at the developments in our world today, there is a global ideology, global injustice with which the strong ones try to design the world. The management understanding which includes that five persons or five countries will come together and rule over all the other billions of the world is never a fair understanding."
NOBODY SHOULD MAKE FUN WITH OUR MINDS
Noting that the treacherous coup attempt of the Fetullahist Terrorist Organization (FETÖ) on 15 July 2016 was prevented by Turkish nation which protects the democracy, Gül expressed that the fight with the organization is continuing and that the coup plotters give account before the justice.
Expressing that the trials on the coup attempt are continuing, Minister of Justice Gül said:
"When we look at the trials on the coup attempt, we see that no accused person, even the one bombing the Parliament with a helicopter, and even the one attempting to assassinate the President, does not say "I did it". Then, this means ghosts came or we dreamed about it. Nobody should make fun with our minds. All of these will come to light in the courts, in trials."
